Montmartre, a hill in the north of Paris. It is 130 metres high and gives its name to the surrounding district, in the 18th Arr., a part of the Right Bank. Primarily known for the Basilica of the Sacré Cœur on its summit and as a nightclub district. Many artists had studios/worked around the community of Montmartre such as Salvador Dalí, Amedeo Modigliani, Claude Monet, Piet Mondrian, Pablo Picasso and Vincent van Gogh.

Paris. I have to admit, I do want to go back, though I despised the two trips we took there when I was young. I think I would appreciate it more now. :)

Paris Winter Wonderland. I love Paris in the Springtime but, isn't Paris in the Winter just as lovely? I'll take it whenever.....
