Addition Strategy Mat! Much nicer looking than the one I use now. The blog post that goes with it has good ideas that would work well for sequencing summer math tutoring lessons around.

Nice strategies and visuals for solving math problems. I appreciate that "use your fingers" is at the top. It should not be a bad thing. Those are some handy built-in manipulatives we were born with.

I love the idea of Math Journaling and Notebooking.  There is something to be said for recording what you’ve learned in your own words to be referenced later.  What a great study tool that could be!
