1 cup Beef broth

1/4 cup Mushroom demi-glace

5 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 Salt and freshly ground pepper

    Slow-Cooker Shepherd’s Pie Recipe. My daughter made this. The slow cooker makes the meat so tender. We thickened the gravy, dished it up, and topped it with the potatoes and cheese. We then popped it in the oven so the cheese would brown and bubble. Yummy!
