Carolina Pulled Pork. I made it in the Crockpot so I cut the butter to 1Tb (will leave it out next time). Cooked on low for 7 hours, shredded and then put it back in the crock with about 2-3 cups of the liquid (discarded the rest) and 1 cup of BBQ sauce. It's perfect for a base and then we all add whatever sauce we want to our sandwiches!
