WHOLE VEGGIE: 2 cucumbers 1 green apple 1 lemon ½-1 inch ginger root 2 stalks kale or 1 cup spinach Herbs – basil, mint, parsley, cilantro, fennel (your choice!) 2 tablespoons Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate (optional) ¼ teaspoon Complete Probiotic Powder
