mock potatoe salad...you can't tell the difference.  only thing, make sure you chill well and eat in same day.  Can taste the cauliflower taste the next day.  but still good to me.

Chicken Gyros. Yum. Taziki sauce: Greek yogurt, mayo, hidden valley  ranch. Chicken: olive oil, oregano, garlic, lemon, s&p. the whole family loved it.
