I must remember this at Easter. To color the whites (after eggs have been boiled and yolks removed): Fill glass containers about half-full of water, and then add food coloring to each one to get the shades you desire. Adjust the amount of food coloring, depending on the intensity of the color you desire. Place the egg halves in the water, making sure that the entire surface of each egg is covered. My fun twist on Deviled eggs. Boil eggs, peel, cut in half. Separate yolk from white, leave whites in neon food coloring for about 20 minutes. Remove, pipe in yolk (mixed w/mayo) and voila! Perfectly pretty for Easter Brunch!

Sparkling Strawberry Limeade This is the recipe for one drink 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 2 oz. strawberry puree 1 tbsp simple syrup 2 oz. vodka (if desired) ice club soda mint for garnish Add ice to a tall glass.
