Funny! I just made this on 10/28 without the recipe. It's sooooo delicious!! We didn't do the sausage, but we did use ground turkey. YUMMY!! Football Dip •1 pound sausage (spice level is up to you) •1 can of Rotel tomatoes (spice level up to you) •2 blocks cream cheese. Brown up your sausage. Add in your cheese and start stirring to blend. Once it is starting to blend add in the tomatoes, simmer. Transfer to a bowl and serve with a hearty corn chip. You can also transfer to a crock pot.

I make this almost every sunday during football season! AWESOME! The pic has cheddar cheese though unlike the directions saying cream cheese and I only use one block cream cheese... Football Dip •1 pound sausage (spice level is up to you) •1 can of Rotel tomatoes (spice level up to you) •2 blocks cream cheese (this is way better than the “V” cheese) Brown up your sausage. Add in your cheese and start stirring to blend. Once it is starting to blend add in the tomatoes, simmer. Transfer to a bowl and serve with a hearty corn chip. You can also transfer to a crock pot.
