Sand 3 ... STITCHES: knit, purl, slip stitch ... PATTERN: 8 rows ... STITCH NUMBER: multiple of 12 ... NOTE: need cable needle
Knitting Stitch - Beautiful Slip Stitch Pattern. It is 20 rows long, but I have a feeling that if I charted it, it would not be very difficult. There are 7 rows of the main color and 2 rows of the contrast color. Fireflowers 1 - Knittingfool Stitch Detail
Gathers ("3 in 3") - Adapted from the Estonian language book Pitsilised Koekirjad; Lehismets, L.; Tallinn, Valgus 1978. ~ 1 R * Gather 3, k1 * k1 ~ 2 W * purl * ~ 3 R k1* k1, gather 3 * ~ 4 W * purl * ~ Repeat rows 1 - 4. ~ Gather 3 = knit the next 3 stitches together and keep them on the left-hand needle. Then in the same 3 stitches, k3-tog-b and k3-tog again before slipping the 3 stitches off the left needle. This does not change the number of stitches.
