Yum!This dip could NOT be easier to make! 8 oz. cream cheese softened 2 1/2 cups sweetened coconut (I prefer flaked over shredded) 20 oz. can pineapple (chunks or crushed) nuts or cherries to top dip with Blend all ingredients together in food processor to crush up pineapple and coconut pieces. Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels: 1 (16 oz) bag pretzel twists, ½ cup veg oil, ½ cup sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon. Preheat oven to 300. Pour pretzels into a roasting pan. Mix together oil, cinnamon and sugar. Pour on pretzels, stir to coat. Bake 30 mins, stirring twice during baking time.
BLT Roll-ups Ingredients: 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese 1/2 cup light mayo 8-10 slices center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup chopped tomatoes 4 eight-inch flour tortillas (I use Mission carb balance) 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce Directions: Mix the cream cheese and mayo in a bowl. Add the crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes. Spread mixture on tortillas and top with lettuce. Roll up tightly and refrigerate for an hour. Slice into 1/2 inch slices.
