What to Eat This Fall Yum! It's apple season, pumpkin, and squash. It is best to eat the fruits and veggies that are in season even though we have access to all fruits all times of the year. They pack more powerful nutrients because they are in season. I am going to try and make squash noodles. I will let you know how it turns out next week!
