Smart Health Talk Resource: Raw Food Pyramid-People may not choose 100% raw diet, but can include raw meals to replace junk food/low nutrient quality meals. As a dietitian, can get behind this pyramid. Past USDA Food Pyramid replaced with "Plate" was obviously influenced by lobbyists & NOT reflective of diet needed to maintain healthy weight/prevent chronic disease.
