This is one of the quickest and easiest dinner recipes I know, Feta Basil Turkey Burgers from www.fifteenspatulas.com They're really flavorful and cook in a flash. I used dry basil -- 1 1/2 tsp. would be great with fresh. Very delicious and few ingredients. Left out the Worcestershire and pepper on mine and very tasty. As frying, I sprinkled a little Worcestershire sauce on the guys' and some pepper.
