#paleo Pumpkin Breakfast Cookies | Makes 10-12 large cookies: ¼ cup canned or fresh pumpkin puree (not the pumpkin pie mix in a can); ½ cup almond butter; ½ cup honey; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 cup almond meal/flour; 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp ground cinnamon; ¼ tsp baking soda; ½ cup dark chocolate chips and/or any dried fruit would be wonderful; ½ cup walnuts or pecans
Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes. Coconut flour, coconut sugar, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, coconut milk, cocao powder, I added some a teaspoon of vinegar and a half teaspoon of salt and some chocolate chips. They came out perfectly!
