Grape Salad *Warning* If you take this to a potluck, you will never bring any home! 2 lbs. red and/or green grapes, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, chopped walnuts/pecans {optional}, brown sugar {optional}- would replace sour cream with greek yogurt

Grape Salad. I'd like to try this as a fruit salad as some suggest in the comments without the brown sugar and subbing Greek yogurt and Neufchâtel for the sour cream and cream cheese.

DOING THIS: Rachel Ray talked about how you should make your own taco seasoning because the stuff you buy in stores is full of sodium(and it has silica in it, which is like the little packet found in new shoes that says DO NOT EAT!). This is just full of flavor. Simply spices! 1 T chili powder, 1 T ground cumin, 1 T garlic powder, 1 T onion powder, 1/4 T crushed red pepper

Asian slaw - 25 Stars! This is DELICIOUS! The ginger-peanut dressing is a keeper for other recipes as well. Took less than 15 minutes to pull together with bagged slaw and shredded carrots. I added tofu to give it a bit more protein and have a meatless meal. Just terrific!
