    Avocado Egg Salad Wrap: Ingredients ― 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped; 1 large avocado, cubed; 2 Tbsp mayonnaise; 1 tsp curry powder; pinch of salt and pepper; 2 flour tortillas. Instructions ― Combine all the ingredients, except the tortillas, in a large bowl and mash together with a fork. Adjust the salt, pepper, mayonnaise proportions to your tastes. Spread mixture onto a tortilla and wrap; slice in half, diagonally. MINUS the mayo, add Greek yogurt
