Avocado Egg Salad

Avacado Egg Salad, which is to die for. We add green peppers and green onions for an extra zing! We also do it in spinach wraps! What a delicious dish!

Stuffed eggs: 4 eggs 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon of mustard (or tuna, or tomatoes and olives). Preparation: 20 minutes 1.Boil eggs in a pan for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water and if they cool, peel the eggs. 2. Cut the eggs in half and remove yolks. 3.In a bowl mash the yolks with a fork.
