Young girls and boys are the subjects of these dramatic, strongly emotional, and passionate photographs by New York-based photographer Wendy Sacks. Each water-based scene demonstrates moments of loneliness, the bonds of family, unrequited love, or untimely death. This series, Immersed in Living Water, reveals all kinds of emotions and, according to the artist, combines "an understanding of children with the knowledge of developmental stages and the struggle of the human spirit."

I like the soft lighting, the way the sun illuminates the clouds, and the overall feel of this picture at the beach. #apictureisathousandwords

UNKNOWN DESTINATION BY DIGIPIX76 Photography is a very powerful medium and a very difficult one to master too. Excellent photos not only show the beauty of photography, but they tell stories, awake feelings and manage to share with the audience the emotions a photographer experienced while shooting the picture. Taking excellent pictures is extrememly difficult as you need to find the right perspective and get a perfect timing. To achieve brilliant photography you need practice and patience.
