My husband talked about this for two days - 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Chicken on bottom - Stove Top over chicken, Cream of Chicken/Sour Cream mix on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low. Trying this right now!! Try adding broccoli after the chicken for an all-in-1 meal.
LJ: By far the best recipe I have tried. I wont make a roast any other way now. Mississippi Roast - - Put chuck roast in crock pot, Sprinkle with Hidden Valley ranch dressing, add McCormick Au Jus mix, a stick of butter, 5 pepperoncini peppers. DO NOT ADD WATER. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs
Crockpot White Chicken Chili -about 4 chicken breast (doesn't have to be thawed) -2 cans blacks beans, 2 cans corn -packet of McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning -Cook on low 4-6 hours _Serve as nachos, over rice, mashed taters... Anything else? Nothing better than coming home to a hot dinner after work! Yum :)
3 Ingredient Crockpot Buffalo Chicken. I'm repinning this because the old link no longer works. This is good stuff. Sweet Baby Ray's wing sauce isn't quite as hot as Frank's but they're both good. I serve it on toasted ciabatta bread with ranch dressing.
Crockpot Roast (italian/ranch/brown gravy) Boneless Roast,3 packets +1/2 cup water+ two onions, cut into big hunk (I browned in iron skillet first...later added steamed potatoes/carrots before serving, to soak up juices) THIS WAS PHENOMENAL!!! Tender and plenty of wonderful gravy. EASY!
