Yumi design or Japanese arc is different from any other type of arc in the world. The yumi is 7 feet 7 inches (2.27 meters) long and the top is much longer than the interior. In all other known types of bows, shoot point pair is in the middle, but it is only a third of the way in a yumi. The asymmetrical design helps to have a particularly powerful shot.
