    I have been doing this for months. As a single working mother, I like to make sure my daughter has more than cereal for breakfast. I make silver dollar rainbow pancakes on the weekend and, once they've cooled, I stack them 5 to a pile, wrap each pile in wax paper and put them in either a ziploc bag or storage bowl. When she wants pancakes, I just pull out a stack, separate and toss 'em in the microwave.
