Beefy green chile enchiladas. Easy and yummy!!! ground beef, taco season, 1/4 can of rotel, shredded cheese and roll in flour or corn tortillas. The sauce : can of cream of chicken soup,sour cream & rest of rotel . mix well. half of sauce on bottom of pan, enchiladas then rest of sauce on top and left over meat & sprinkle cheese, bake @ 350 for 25 min.
