Coreso Leg Lifts. This is my favourite abs exercise right now. It's quite difficult even though it looks pretty simple. Yesterday I did 6 sets of 1 minute each leg and found that pretty hard. I want more core exercises like this that have no neck involvement. Some variations on this very exercise would be great but for now I'm just working on the first version.
