Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes to achieve sweet, salty, still slightly cruchy perfection!
Crock Pot Baked Potatoes -- what a great idea! Great for summertime, too, when you don't want to heat your oven! We do this all the time only we don’t even wrap ours! Perfect Baked Potato. Heat oven to 350 degrees, wash & dry potatoes in cold water. Poke 8 to 12 holes in each potato with a fork. Place in bowl and cover lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with Kosher salt. Bake on middle rack for 1 hour on cookie sheet (flip after 30 min). NOTE: If you're cooking more than 4 potatoes, you'll need to extend the cooking time by up to 15 min.
