Pre-Poo Recipes ~ Get some plain Greek yogurt, section your hair and apply the yogurt to your dry or damp hair, this pre poo will save your strands for days after application. Shine and strength from the protein, ease in detangling, soft hair, shiny hair, the list could go on. If you must add something, olive oil or honey are great additives.

Banana, Yogurt, Honey, Wheat germ oil & Condensed Milk Pre-poo Recipe: 1 med or lg banana (banana baby food is a substitute), 4 Tbsp. honey, 3 Tbsp. yogurt, 3 Tbsp. condensed milk & 2 Tbsp. wheat germ oil. Do NOT use a spoon to mix, blend in a blender until completely smooth or deal with chunks of banana in your hair. Condensed milk is a great conditioner. Wheat germ oil is known for its B vitamins & ceramides, which increase circulation to the scalp & smooth cuticles.
3. Shea butter, Mango Butter, Honey & Olive Oil Pre-poo Recipe: For this recipe you can melt all your hard butters shea & mango butter in a double boiler or in a microwave oven. For each ingredient you will need 2 tablespoons or a touch more for long/thick hair. Apply mixture to hair & cover with a plastic bag & a towel to hold in the heat. Add a few drops of peppermint oil for tingle.

Olive Oil, Honey, Conditioner and Eggs Pre-poo Recipe: In a bowl mix one or two eggs, a table spoon of honey, two table spoons of olive oil and enough conditioner to keep the mixture easy to spread. If you have fine hair or hair prone to breakage, a little protein weekly will do nothing but good for your strands.

DIY Scalp and Hair Treatment! Mix : 4tbsp. Soften Coconut oil, 2tbsp. Lemon juice, 1tbsp. Grapefruit juice. Then, place on hair starting on top and work down to the end, place with a cottonball all over the scalp. Let it sit on for 20min. Then, wash off and use shampoo and conditioner.
