This was very good, I doubled everything but the chicken and beans. I used kidney beans instead of black beans, and a can of yellow corn. I had to use 2 13 x 9 pans for everything to fit. I used all medium heat ingredients, it was VERY mild, next time I'll use hot. I also felt it was a little bland, I would add some black pepper, garlic, onion powder, spice it up some. Michael LOVED it as is.
This is my go-to meal because it's fast, fail-proof, & everyone loves it. I always have a few tucked away in my freezer and have enough ingredients in my food storage to make it all year long!|Prepared-Housewives.com #recipe #freezermeal #foodstorage
