Raw Food Pyramid - although, for the normal "healthy" person, I'm all for meat/some kind of protein at every meal WITH a raw food base.
This is how your plate should look --> 50% Leafy Greens & Crunchy Veggies 25% Whole Grains &/or Legumes 25% Lean Protein (palm sized) Sprinkle in some healthy fats, such as olive oil, avocado and nuts and you're all set.
