Maybe you could add red berries instead of the round beige fabric decor and wrap the cinnamon sticks with thin red ribbon, tied in a bow. That would really make this pop. Coupled with the jeweled Birds, this wreath would just be beautiful. It's nice to take inspiration from a project and really make it your own. It shows that right away, you felt it was missing color and I agree 100%. Thanks for sharing your idea. Merry Christmas, Pam.

Not crazy about the ribbon but the possibilities are endless. The web site has many more examples. Not cutesy.

Lovely As A Tree & Many Merry Messages were used to make this CAS Christmas card.

Emboss the tree in gold on Always Artichoke card stock. Added little adhesive backed crystals to the tree for added sparkle. I found the ribbon at Michael's which was a perfect match to Mellow Moss and had a little gold in it to match the embossed tree. I edged the Mellow Moss layer with the gold painty pen. The patterned paper is the Holiday Thyme paper from a couple years ago. It's a nice contrast to the Bravo Burgundy.
