It's a slow process... Keep going...(( it's true...down 12 pound in less then a month BUT stuck at this number... Working out sometimes 2/3 times a day.....love that my boys join me and that way I try not to feel so bad for taking the 30min to an hour to myself..... But working on me will only make me a better MOM, girlfriend, daughter ))
I haven't been able to work out for almost 2 months from tendonitis in my hip that isn't getting better. It shows (to me anyway). I'm going to start taking care of myself and find ways to work out without putting too much pressure on my hip. I'm not letting this stop me nor be stupid about my health.
