Finally spent some time (lots of time) on this blog... It is amazing! She sets up a monthly calendar, but has soooo many awesome workouts. I've started doing these with my dance fitness classes and they love them!

YES! (Of course, this doesn't apply if you're sick/injured.) I was debating whether to go inline skating or not and I'm glad I went - it was wonderful in the sunshine and I feel awesome!
