Great advice. It is pretty easy to see where this makes sense. I know a lot of people who snack out of boredom, not even aware of how many calories they ingest simply because they haven't assigned a better activity for little pockets of time.

LOVE this blog post. This is almost exactly what we do, can afford and works for us! We do add a few things (pastured meats/dairy) but this is awesome!! AND the 2 week meal plan is fabulous. Especially if you're stuck in a rut :)

Eat Clean. I eat more protein than this, but I am trying to build more lean muscle at present. Great tips, must follow!!
