Red bird wreath by TheBakersDaughter.

Etsy has everything. TheBakersDaughter, these wreaths are my favorite for the holidays

wreath...love this! Would look so cute on a girl's bedroom door. Maybe with cut-outs of the letters of her name on the B & W sections.

I chose grey and mustard for winter, but also super easy. The yarn wrapping takes a while and it is hard to ensure the color transition is smooth, I suggest always switching colors on the backside of the wreath.

Spring Wreath - Welcome Sign - Summer Wreath - 18 Inch Yarn Wrapped Wreath with Felt Flowers, Pearls and Leaves on Etsy, $60.00

Awww! a little much for kids but fabric flowers could really be fun! (Thanks Steamy Kitchen) DID IT!

Just finished mine in these colors. It took way longer than I thought...but was easy to do while watching a movie! :]

Ohh, I am going to take this idea and tweek it to become 'initial' statement piece Shariene wants for her house! C in the center, m & d's initials one side, kids initials on the other side! ssCkl - this could work!!! and I'll use a drop cloth - so much cheaper! Cannot wait!

I love the wreath but don't have the patience to make it myself.

Here's how: Cut strips of different colors of felt in varying, random widths. Our widest strip is about 1 1/4 inches. Mixing colors, wrap strips around a Styrofoam wreath form, each piece overlapping the previous slightly, pinning or gluing to the back of the Styrofoam as you go. Decorate with a felt poinsettia (following our instructions for wall poinsettias) if desired

Paint 30-40 acorns and other nuts various colors; let dry. Meanwhile, hot-glue objects to the wreath; spray-paint white. When dry, hot-glue colorful nuts to wreath, as shown. Tie ribbon on wreath to hang.
