milk & food coloring - take a q-tip and dip one end in dish detergent and lightly touch it to the milk and this happens! cool science project for kids and adults!

Another pinner said: This kept my 2 year busy for an entire hour and my 4 year old busy for 2 hours! YAY! Drop vinegar tinted with food coloring onto a pan filled with baking soda. Sheer minutes of colorful fizzy fun!"

SCIENCE FAIR PROJECT. This would be very easy for kids to participate in. Just buy white carnations and add food coloring to the water in the tubes and watch the flowers change color. this would be very easy for high school and middle school kids. However, with elementary kids you risk them making a big mess if they were to spill the water while handling the tubes.

Finger Twister Game

Finger Twister Game - $4.99 // I bet you could easily make this for a simple party favor. Or for tables for guest to play with while waiting for food.

Use glue (dollar store?) with a few drops of food coloring and cookie cutters. Make sun catchers or Christmas ornaments.

So another great project for kids. This one is called a lava lamp...same technique. Fill water bottle with oil, food coloring, and water. Is this not cool or what? Kids can add gems, little fish, or anything to make it personal.
