When you're coming into the city, I HIGHLY recommend taking the Pallisades Parkway to the George Washington Bridge, and after the bridge, stay to the right to get off on 9A, the West Side Highway. That goes right along the Hudson and it's a beautiful way to come into the city, without the stress of driving through commercialized Jersey and the Lincoln Tunnel.

If lotto is involved, I will NEVER come anywhere NY ever again. What a nightmare to have to live in this state. Like communist China. I'd even pay to get my family out.
