Place milk in shallow dish- add drops of food coloring. Now grab a *magic* toothpick. Just dip the end in dish soap & touch the milk with it. Colors instantly shoot out at lightning speed creating a wake of rainbows.

I made these for my preschoolers and my own children excepts I used bottled water instead of glass jars, I also glued the lids on.  I use them when they are angry and need to calm down also in time out as well as nap time for the restless 5 year olds that don't nap.  LOVE THEM
