Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan Ingredients: 1 (25 oz). jar spaghetti sauce 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned Panko bread crumbs 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. dried basil 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 cup (or more if you like) shredded mozzarella cheese 1 package of spaghetti noodles (for serving)
Crockpot Chicken Parmesan: 2-4 boneless/skinless chicken breast; 1/2 c Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs; 1/4 c Parmesan Cheese; 1/4 t pepper 1/4 t salt; 1 T olive oil;1 egg beaten; shredded mozzarella; marinara sauce Put oil in crockpot. Beat egg. Mix br. crumbs, seasonings & Parmesan in dish. Dip chicken in egg then bread crumb. Coat both sides. Put breasts in crockpot. Layer 1-2 c mozzarella on top, Cover with marinara sauce. Cook on low for 6-7 hrs or high for 3-4. Serve w/pasta.
