Baked Crab Rangoon: 12 Won Ton wrappers in mini muffin tins filled with mixture of 1 can (6 oz.) white crabmeat, drained and chopped 4 oz. softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise, ½ teas. Sriracha, 2 teas. finely slice chives, fresh ground pepper to taste. Garnish with a sprinkle of chives. Bake 15-20 min. at 350 degrees until lightly golden and warm.
Ingredients 1 packet pastry 85gm softened cream cheese 1/4 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup cooked crabmeat, chopped 2 chopped onions 1/4 tspn cayenne pepper Salt & pepper to taste Cut pastry into squares. Mix rest of ingredients together. Put tspn of mixture in centre; press opposite sides together. Bake in oven as per instructions on pastry packet.
Crescent Pizza: Place prepared rolls, point side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm crescents with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
