    Mix a few drops of food coloring (Neon works best) in the sand and “Voila”… colored sand!  Kids LOVE it!   (The food coloring will stain hands for a bit, but easily washes out with plenty of ocean/pool play.  It will not stain clothes). HAVE FUN MAKING THINGS COLORFUL!!!!!

Making a sand volcano is tons of fun for kids! You can easily set this activity up at the beach or right in the sand box; a must try for Summer!

1 c. pasta (per color) + 2 T. rubbing alcohol + 2-3 drops food coloring = colored pasta beads. Fun idea! Tons of color options!!
