Serenity Prayer | ...Living one day at a time; enjoying one moment at a time; accepting hardship as the pathway to peace. Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life, and supremely happy with Him forever in the next.

be CHRIST-like (be loving, devoted to God's way, holy, righteous, caring, friendly, have integrity, show wisdom in all things with all people, witness to as many as you can, be God's witness in your walk, be the light in a dark world, lead humbly, repent often, pray without ceasing, imitate JESUS!)

My guiding force. I pray this many times a day, and it has never failed me. Helps me not to linger on things.

This has helped me through a lot of tough times lately!

This is better than any other human quote, for it is at the heart of what makes us better people. Imagine a world where everyone puts this into practice.

Just a reminder of a powerful message.. Want to pass this on to my children. What a special message ♥

Isaiah 66:9.. God's promise. My Bible says the reverse: "Do I bring to the moment of birth and not give delivery?" says your God. The pain comes first, as if it must come first and not so much that birth or something good, always follows pain. A message of hope either way but the painted sign is a bit softer and more hopeful. Fitting.
