Pumpkin Cream Cheese. I Think I'll have to have this on hand at all times for fall: 8oz cream cheese, ½ cup canned pumpkin, 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 Tbs brown sugar, dash of salt - !!!
made a simpler version by combining the 2-ingredient muffins (cake mix and pumpkin...with the addition of pumpkin pie spice) with the cream cheese center (though zapped it a little too long in the microwave, so should have let it harden up a bit more first)
