Hard boil eggs, peel, then cut the top 1/3 off and save the top. Use the yokes to make your favorite deviled eggs filling. Then you fill the bottom 2/3 with the yoke mixture and use black olive pieces for eyes and small My daughters made these little cuties for Easter dinner and everyone loved them ... they are adorable!!! Slivers of carrots for their beaks and instead of black, they used green olive pieces for their eyes, and the top of the egg so it resembles a hatching chick.

So yummy! Just peel the eggs and cut them near the egg yolk. Place all of the egg yolks in a food processor and add anything you want (mayo, dijon mustard, even a small bit of sugar). Fill each boiled egg and use olives or peppercorns for eyes and carrot triangles for the beak!! Do not over boil so that the egg yolk stays that pretty yellow!!

Chocolate cheesecake eggs I'm in charge of Easter dessert & my Fiance & I are in Weight Watchers so this is great! The decadence of chocolate and Cheesecake but in single, controlled serving size. I used lemon curd instead of the passionfruit filling in the recipe. Using 10 chocolate eggs to distribute the filling they are only 4 WW points each. :P
