Zucchini Baked Ziti from I'll add some protein and make one to bake immediately and freeze another pan to cook later, so this recipe makes two pans. Fresh basil is essential to get the right flavor.

Zucchini Baked Ziti - Easy, pretty healthy if you go easy on the cheese (which of course I don't), good for a meatless meal. I would suggest adding more spice to the tomato sauce. Taste it first! I recommend to anyone who likes pasta! Oh and as a freezer meal? Perfect!
