WEIGHT WATCHERS snack ZERO PointsPlus! 1 spray cooking spray, 1 head of uncooked cauliflower, tsp ground cumin, tsp chili powder (or more to taste), tsp salt, tsp pepper. Preheat oven to 400, coat baking sheet with spray, cut cauliflower to bite size pieces and mix in bowl with all ingredients. Bake for about 10 minutes stirring half way through. 1 serving: cup!
Weight Watchers Pumpkin Muffins ~ I usually use the spice cake or carrot cake mix. I'll have to try butter pecan. Mix together with 1/2 cup of water, put in cupcake tins and bake 20 minutes at 350.... One says add water one doesn't mention water.... I added water and they are beyond delicious! I used carrot cake mix OMG so good..... I added raisins and walnuts to the carrot cake mix,.., yep ridiculously delicious

Weight Watchers Meatloaf - 6 Points for 2 slices! -YUM. Made double this recipe. One loaf for my fam of 6, the other loaf sliced up and frozen in baggies with the points written on it. A delicious 3 point snack/meal.
