Eat protein at every meal - hard boiled eggs, ect. 3. Berries and Apples every single day. 4. 1 day a week - make a meatless day. Focus on having more fruits and veggies. 5. Go to bed hungry. 3 hours before bed no food in system. 6. Plan one splurge meal once a week. LOVE HIM!!
