I posted the page with pictures for all 4 abs workouts. My trainer has had me do all of these and let me tell you, they're not fun, but they are effective!

Did this every other day in February with 3lb weights. No soreness and the side bra bulge almost went away! Not a huge difference in my arms but the dimples did go away. It was pretty effective but I think it would have been more effective with heavier weights.
