    I was just reading this recipe on your blog, and it sounds sooooo yummy! I love Pecan Pie! Do you have a sugar free version? My dad is a diabetic, so it's hard to find a good recipe for anything that he can eat.

    Hi Bridget! I don't have a diabetic version. However, I have heard of some folks who use a sugar free pancake syrup (to substitute for the dark corn syrup) along with some Splenda to make Pecan Pie. I'm not sure you ever get that same exact taste though but maybe you can get it close. :)
