Slow Cooker Potato Soup---When I made this, I cut my own potatoes...I like things FRESH! I also used Swanson broth, because that is all I use. I also added extra onion. It was very good! I'll give it an A.
Place potatoes,onions, and garlic into slow cooker and fill with water till it covers the potatoes completely. Cook on high till potatoes are fork tender (3-4 hours). Remove water. Add salt, butter, pepper, rosemary and mix Top with Parmesan Cheese and Enjoy!
