This is a mispin....the recipe calls for wonton wrappers but string cheese will not fit in them so I had to cut them in half..also they fried them obviously..I recommend egg roll wrappers and I DID bake them for 15-20 minutes at 350 and they were damn good !!! mozzarella sticks - string cheese + wonton wrappers + baked, not fried :) GREAT idea!

Baked Mozzarella Sticks. These were pretty good, like the recipe says you have to eat them right out of the oven (when they cool off a little) otherwise they aren't good. The breading was really yummy and they were great dipped in marinara sauce. They weren't as good as restaurant style ones, not as soft and creamy but still good for making them at home. And easy too!

Baked or Fried Mozzarella Sticks; Made these for my family, they were bomb! Instead of using a whole mozzarella stick for each, I cut them and the egg wraps in half to make mini ones. Definitely recommend.
