Original 100-Day Pledge - A family of four – including 2 daughters who were ages 3 and 5 at the time – pledged to go 100 solid days without eating a single ounce of highly processed or refined food (that means no white flour or sugar!). Just this morning I was marveling at how many oats we go through each week ...an item I never even purchased before we cut out processed food! Can you relate to any of the items on this list?
