    No helium needed to fill balloons for parties.....just vinegar and baking soda! i need to remember this! What You Need: baking soda, vinegar, plastic bottle, balloon, funnels. What To Do: Using a funnel pour vinegar into your bottle Fill about 1/3 of the bottle Using another funnel pour baking soda into balloon Fill balloon approx. 1/2 way Cover top of bottle w/balloon Make sure you don’t let the baking soda spill into the bottle prematurely When ready lift your balloon
